Basic camping and Mountain:
Advance payment required to formalize the reservation: 150.-€
Accepted forms of payment (depending on advance):

Beach Camping:
Advance payment required to formalize the reservation: 175.-€
Accepted forms of payment (according to advance): total bet

Mobil Home Normal – Superior – With Dog – Without Dog:
Advance required to formalize the reservation: 50%

Accepted forms of payment (according to advance):

Between 60 and 15 days before: 100% will be refunded.
Between 14 and 10 days before: 50% will be refunded.
Less than 9 days before the reservation: No refund will be made.
If the client is already accommodated and has to finish his vacation, a refund of 50% of the days not enjoyed will be made.
In all cases, both the bank commission and any other expenses caused by the cancellation of the reservation will be charged to the client.
If the client arrives at the campsite on the same day of the booking and has to leave, either because of health problems or because he/she does not like the campsite, only the amount paid at the time of entry will be refunded, the prepayment made for the booking will not be refunded.
In all cases of verbal or physical aggression against Camping staff or between Camping customers, the Camping has the right to expel the offender and no refund of the amount paid will be made.
