CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Between 60 and 15 days before: 100% will be refunded.
• Between 14 and 10 days before: 50% will be returned.
• Less than 9 days from the reservation: Nothing that has been paid is returned.
• If the client is already staying and has to end his vacation, he will be reimbursed 50% of the days not
enjoyed
• In all cases, both the bank commission and any other expense caused by the cancellation of the reservation,
will be borne by the customer.
• If the customer arrives at the Campsite on the same day as the reservation and has to leave, either due to health problems or because he cannot
liked the Camping, only the amount paid at the time of entry will be refunded, the payment on account that he made from the
reservation will not be returned.
• In all cases where there is both verbal and verbal abuse against Camping staff or between Camping customers,
the Camping has the right of admission to expel the thanker and no refund of the amount paid will be made.
